Design Lead - Digital and Graphics

Lead the direction of Gendac's visual identity - how the brand looks, feels and shows up across every channel, campaign and client story. You'll set the creative direction and standards, grow the designers who bring it to life, and make sure a brand people recognise on sight is something the whole company can count on. The Work - You'll lead the design team across all of Gendac's visual work - brand, campaigns, marketing, social and the way client stories are told - setting creative direction, standards and process. You'll grow the designers doing the work, partner with marketing and company leadership on how the brand shows up, and keep the whole output coherent as the company and the work grow. You'll thrive here if - you measure success by the team's work and a brand that holds together rather than by your own output, you can set a creative direction and grow people into it, and you'd rather build a team that raises the bar than approve every layout yourself.
