UX/UI Design Manager

Great design doesn't happen by accident-it happens when talented people are aligned around a shared purpose, supported by strong processes, and given the space to do their best work. As a UX/UI Design Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape not only the experiences we create for our clients, but also the team and practice behind them. The Work - You'll lead a team of UX/UI designers working across a variety of software, mobile, and physical product projects. You'll help translate client goals into meaningful user experiences, guide teams through complex challenges, and ensure projects are delivered with quality and consistency. Beyond project delivery, you'll play a key role in strengthening our design practice by improving processes, tools, standards, and ways of working.
