You'll lead the teams, the plan and the client relationship through Explore>Design>Build and Evolve - and because the client owns what you deliver and keeps it for years, you'll stay accountable for the outcome long after launch. The Work: You'll run development delivery end to end: scope, plan, priorities, capacity, and the day-to-day of keeping engineers, clients and outcomes moving together. You'll work the Explore>Design>Build>Evolve rhythm, make the trade-off calls, keep the client aligned and honest, protect delivery quality, and support the growth of the engineers on your teams.
