Own the visual standard - the decisions on brand, layout and craft that keep everything Gendac puts out looking like it belongs together and built to last. You'll set the bar the team designs to and mentor the designers coming up behind you, on a brand the whole company and its clients rely on. The Work - You'll own the design system and the quality bar: type, colour, grid and the brand rules that hold across digital, print and presentation. You'll set the standard, run the reviews that catch what's off before it ships, mentor the team, and partner with marketing and leadership so the brand tells one consistent story. You'll thrive here if - you've refined enough brand work to know consistency is a discipline and not an accident, you can raise a whole team's craft and not just your own, and you want your judgement to shape how a company looks for years.
