You'll raise the standard across the team, partner deeply with engineering, and stay close to the frontline people your work is for. The Work - You'll set the design direction and standards for products used in real operations: patterns, systems and the bar the team designs to. You'll partner deeply with engineering and product, mentor designers through critique, and keep the work grounded in how frontline people actually use it, so quality holds as products grow.
