The Work - You'll lead a hardware team from concept to devices in service: setting technical direction and design standards, growing the engineers, and balancing ambition against the unforgiving reality that a board has to be right before it's manufactured. You'll partner closely with embedded and mechanical engineers as well as the client, and keep the team close to how their hardware performs in the field.
