Technical Lead - Embedded

Lead the direction of an embedded team that writes the firmware the field depends on - the code inside devices deployed by the thousand and expected to run for years. You'll set the direction and the standards, grow the engineers who write it, and keep a fleet of client-owned devices healthy in service without a callback. The Work - You'll lead an embedded team from architecture to firmware running in the field: setting technical direction and code standards, growing the engineers, and balancing new capability against the reality that firmware in service has to stay reliable and recoverable. You'll partner closely with electronic engineering and the client, and keep the team close to how their code behaves once it's out in the world.
