Technical Lead - UXUI

Lead the design of products that people depend on in the real world. As a UX/UI Design Lead, you'll shape how products look, feel, and behave from the earliest concepts through to delivery, turning complex problems into intuitive experiences that people can trust when it matters most. The Work - You'll lead UX and UI design on client projects, working closely with Product, Engineering, and clients to understand users, define solutions, and guide design decisions. From research and workflows to interfaces and prototypes, you'll create and refine experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical realities. You'll also help raise the quality of design across the team through mentorship, collaboration, and design critique. You'll thrive here if - You enjoy getting close to problems, users, and products.
