Gendac also has long-standing relationships with several tertiary institutions. As part of this commitment, Gendac serves on faculty advisory boards and engages in multiple university-related projects and competitions of engineering students.
What to expect?
Gendac’s unique vacation work program allows you as student to gain invaluable practical work experience under the expert guidance of experienced mentors.
After you have applied you will be contacted and ask a few qualifying questions. A interview will then be scheduled where a few common questions will be asked based on you personality and given qualification skills. An assessment will then be sent to you which needs to be completed in a given time. After the assessment a final interview will be conducted.
During your stay at Gendac, you will be assigned a group project that is company-related. The project will be something that is beneficial to Gendac while also testing your abilities and teamwork skills. Each project will be unique, and mentors will be available for information and assistance at all times.
There is no need to bring anything with you, everything will be provided, from a daily lunch to a fully configured workstation with access to everything you will need for your specific project.
